ONLINE MIND & BODY INTEGRATION - 12 WEEK HOME PROGRAM
$60.00 every 2 weeks for 12 weeks
6 Sessions a week for 12 weeks, this at home program is designed with little to no equipment needed.
It focuses on energising and vitalising movements coupled with breathing and core conditioning to improve movement quality, energy and vitality.
This program incorporates working in and working out, integrating the mind and body. Balancing the two is very important to overall health and vitality.
If you are stressed and have lost the connection with your body, then this is the program for you.
It will raise your awareness and connection with your mind and body, improving your intuition and creativity.
- 4 Stretch Sessions a Week
